Kevin_Paul, looks like from what I am reading in various post that you may have to do a

global update of accounts. Some can see and some cannot see options to their accounts.

I can't see "From the Web" and other options that others are posting about. My account is

not new either.

I see "Upload an Image" under mine.  You may have to achieve higher rank to be able to upload images.

Gone as in transparent or invisible.  Or as in kludge/workaround.

I can't seem to change the avatar either - no option to change image - image upload doesn't seem to allow me to upload an image either, and avatars are only shown from the default set.

Painful.

Dave - I'm looking into this issue for you; I *think* I know what's causing it but want to try and determine what happened... I'll let you know when I have an update.

Dave - give it another try - you should be able to upload images and use them to change your avatar now.
