HP Service Manager migrated in IT Service Manager?
Is that intended to be so or it is a bug?

Previously branch was called HP Service manager now it is IT Service Manager (I am not pretty unsure if there is such word at all:)). If it changed to IT Service Manager then maybe it is more proper to call it IT Service Management

Sure. Except the Service Desk is obsolete and so it should be named HP Service Manager.

Re: HP Service Manager migrated in IT Service Manager?
It looks like there were no changes except to add DDMi to IT Asset Manager / DDMi.
