How to get the View Image Gallery link appear?

Hi,

I would like to upload images. Read some posts that the link the View Image Gallery is available after you get some ranking. I have ranking Honored Contributor and Frequent Advisor. 

So where is the problem?

Actualy nothing. I cannot do that. Even I do not have the link to image gallery or you post me the link and I can see the image gallery but I cannot add any image. See the attachment.

I guess I need to see the image of the first URL, the place where I can add images.

There is no link to image gallery. I am frustrated because I do not know why...

In your last screenshot you're not logged in - you can't change anything at a profile if you're not logged-in. ;-)
