How to search for an OpenVMS printing solution.

How do you use this new forum to get an answer to an OpenVMS question or find a previous solution. I was using the ITRC forum for many years and could search for a solution without a problem.  What do I do now?

Did you use google before?  If so, just add site:h30499.www3.hp.com to your query.

Otherwise go to the OpenVMS category and search:

http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/OpenVMS/ct-p/itrc-288

And there is an advanced search if you find too many.

if you're using the built-in 'Search for...' the major trick is to change the search level to 'Category' instead of 'Board'. Category is ALL the articles in the 6 OpenVMS 'boards' under the OpenVMS operating system 'category'. And - as Dennis pointed out - make sure you are in an OpenVMS 'board' or 'category' when searching for OpenVMS articles.

And searching like this really finds even all the old ITRC articles as well. Just give it a try...
