LaserJet 5200dtn firmware upgraded failure

I have been upgrading LaserJet 5200dtn printers. They seem to have a mind of there own, Some take the upgrade without a problem while others fail. I have one that is currently completely failed with a message in the display "Downld file now SEND RFU UPGRADE" Does anyone know how to fix this?
