Orphaned board, doesn't show up on category

I found an active board that doesn't show up on its parent's category listing.

I would seem that marking it readonly would be easier because people are somehow finding these boards.

Thanks Dennis - fixed this for the ePrint board - it wasn't intentional, but I'm not sure about the Software board - I'll have to check with those folks on Monday.
