Panels now are shown based on alphabet sorting?

Hello,

what has happened to positioning of forum subbranches (ex http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Service-Manager/ct-p/sws-SMgr )?

They are positioned based on name/alphabet sorting? As I remember yesterday it was not that way.

Still no way to float items up as well?

While you've got everyone's attention, you might as well mention the order you would like.  :-)

Obviously the obsolete Service Desk board should go last or even be moved to Obsolete Products.

I can't see how they are sorted either down or across?

I thought that when they redid the knowledge base entries, everything was scrambled.  Not in the same recognized order as before.  I believe the URL below mentions the scrambling.

I've mentioned that before, consult the tag cloud:

http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/tag/float%20boards/tg-p

When it worked:

http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Community-Feedback-Suggestions/Personal-Portal/m-p/5836267#M3637

But there is nothing in the FAQ that admits to that functionality.

And it is next to useless in the Software category, since there is just one level.

When I use the Board Option, I get: Success! This item is now floated. Or: Success! This item is no longer floated.

But nothing different in the category listing as before.
