Rob,

 

Not to go all gloom and doom on you, but when I had problems with the migration, I found I was unable to link the old contracts to a new user because the "old user" still owned them.  Somehow, HP is going to have to straighten this out for you.

Rob - thanks for the update.  Let me get in touch with someone from the support team and we'll see if we can't find out what's going on with your migration/accounts.
