Proliant ML150 G9 Raid controller upgrade

i have an ML150 G9 with HBA h240. I want to upgrade this to a faster controller. Will the P440 fit and work?

Yes, look on Page 31/32 of the QuickSpec

Looks like you will need the controller, battery, and cable kit
