you should just leave your message boards and knowledge base open because Google was always the ONLY way to ever find any useful information on your web page.  Are previous message boards gone now? info that comes back on google doesn't appear to be available any more.  You're not making any friends lately HP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's been downhill for a few years now.

In HP's wisdom, change is always viewed as improvement. In the case of the demise of the ITRC, thye could not possibly be farther from reality. The NEW and IMPROVED forum is an absolute disaster in my opinion compared to ease of use and content results for searches.

HP proves once again the ONLY thing they are concerned about is in Fiorina's "wisodom": The demise of HP started with her and continues this day.
