Hi mods,
in Community Home > Welcome to the Community > Community Feedback & Suggestions
Michael Leu's thread 'New Forum Locations by ITRC Tree' appears two times - at the top and more below.
It seems to be a 'Top' thread (not by me, right?) - but it would be nice to mark it so - and don`t dublicate it.

Re: Strange behaviour
It looks for me that the sticky one is only a mirror and the actual thread gets bumped up as soon as someone replys. This is why you can see it twice.
My 2 cent,
Stephan

SolutionStephan, your thinking is correct. When a topic is floated for all users, it will appear twice in the message listing. The logic behind this was likely so that you could still see where the thread itself sits in the message listing, while still making it available at all times to everyone.
There is currently no way to have it appear only once.

Re: Strange behavior (float boards)
That's a topic that has been floated to the top by the forum admins. Just make sure you also don't float it yourself and have three? copies.

>Any plans to flag it 'better' as a official floated topic?
I.e. as another icon on the left? I assume you don't care if the forum has the same icon for both your floats and the official floats?

Re: Strange behavior
Something similar for official floated topics would be fine ...
'Offical topics' ?
