access denied for customer support forum
Hello Support,
since one week or more whenever i try to login to customer support forum i get access denied message although i have valid SAID added in my account.
on the forum i see other users are also facing such problems.
Could you please look into it?

Please try logging in again. Using your screen name, I was able to access the forums to which you refer.
