bring back old itrc kbase search engine

I cannot find anything in this new "COMMUNITY"!!!!

bring back the old ITRC....this site is terrible......

as an example under the old ITRC forums I could search out a problem/issue and normally find a solution

now it does not work at all --- terrible and not productive since I am in a HP shop.

I think that the new search engine is much better than the previous.  Have you looked at the FAQ?

Have you set the right scope for the search?  The default is Board.

Hi:

If by "itrc kbase" you truly mean the ITRC Technical Knowldege Base, then this still exists.  You need to login to the HPSC ( http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc ).  This is a different web site from the community forums.  On the top left you will see "Seach Support Knowledge".  This is the old ITRC TKB.
