"Your password has expired..." The "reset your password" link failed.

   When I tried to log in, I got a red box: "Your password has expired.
To reestablish your forum access, please reset your password."

   I clicked on the link, and, after a delay, Firefox complained:
We can't connect to the server at hpp12.passport.hpe.com.

   So, I created this new identity to complain that I can't use my old
identity.  I was perfectly happy with my old password.

What is your primary profile (screen name)? As you may imagine, having more than one profile makes it very difficult to manage your conversations on the Community. If you let me know when this occurred and your primary screen name, I will investigate.

   Thanks.  The forgot-password e-mail seems to have worked.  (Should be
good until the next expiration.)
