how to open the new account

Hi Chan,

Welcome to Forums.

Creating a new account is very simple, by clicking the `Register' link located in the left sidebar on any Support Forums page, you will be directed to the HP Passport new user registration page.

You can also update your registration information by, simply login and then go to 'Edit your profile' located on the left-hand navigation bar. From there, you'll be able to select your registration information page and edit the fields you wish to change.
