timeout commend

Hi, anyone know a method to exit from script after a minimun-set of time ( X sec) (timeout command)

i wont to run ALM/UFT 14.00 script ion unattended mode, but not to loose time e CPU for some loop.

the scripts are a Quick test professional in  bank web application.
