11i v3 HW naming

Hi All,

Below are the details of the same disk:

64000/0xfa00/0x3 => Lun H/W Path
0/1/1/1.0x2.0x0 => Lunpath H/W Path
0/1/1/1.2.0 => Legacy H/W Path
/dev/rdisk/disk71
/dev/rdsk/c3t2d0

Please let me know the difference among three kind of paths naming convention.
