1st time user - need assistance

HP Support directed me to this site for help. Main menu does not help me locate proper family to post question. This is 1st attempt to call for help.
I have iPAC h1935 that does not respond. It powers up, and will bring up some menu selections, but is goofy. It is out of warranty. Service rep said possible 'resetting' is needed but could not / would not tell me how.
Anyone out there that may direct me to get assistance?
