2006 HP Tech Forum - Call for Papers
I normally submit a presentation at these things, really it's up to us to make these things great technical events. (If you ask me, anyway.) Last year's tech forum was good, especially when you consider that Katrina fouled it up.
So, what I'd like to know, is who is planning to submit a presentation? Now is the time. What's your topic? (Not that anyone would steal it, just to avoid overlao on the abstracts...) For those who do not want to present, but are thinking about going to the thing, what (HPUX) presentations would you want to see done there. I'm drawing a blank right now, nothing is really motivating me enough to submit that abstract...
I know that there might still be some bad feelings about people upset that HP World is gone, but it's not coming back, we might as well support what we have.
What say ye?
John

Re: 2006 HP Tech Forum - Call for Papers
I'd like to submit two subjects which were cancelled with the ill fated 2005 HP World.
1) Practical patching strategies for HP-UX.
2) Securing your Unix environment with HP Secure Shell(openssh)
Can you provide the information to submit proposals? I have to make a very good sales pitch to justify travel from Israel to the forum and need to get working immediately.
