404 Error when going to http://www.hpe.com/services/hpesc

I am trying to complete my registration from iLO and this was the link it gives "http://www.hpe.com/services/hpesc".However, that just comes up with a 404 error as if it doesn't exisit. I need a way to login and complete this registration.

I believe the actual URL is 

 www.hpe.com/support/hpesc

Was the URL you're reporting as bad coming from the iLO registration page?

We are looking into where this URL you were directed to use is coming from.  Please use the URL above, and 

then login to the portal and complete your setup.

new, just out of the box yesterday ML150 Gen 9 server.

This comes from when i log into iLO 4 , then remote support, and I start my registration. It says for Step 2 to go to that site and is even a hyperlink.

One more question.  Can you tell me what version of the firmware you have on this iLO where you are seeing this issue?

iLo version 2.40

Login to iLO. On the left hand side i click on remote support and then registration. I enter my username and password to register and then it says "For Step 2, go to that site and complete the registration".

Hello all,

Please note:

• This will be fixed in the next release of the firmware in the iLO 
• HPE has added a redirect URL that will allow the bad version to now also point to the correct page.
