'A mail transport failure occurred' [OM 9205]

I got the above error when trying to email someone internally.
Anyone has idea what does this mean?

Hi,

I found 'OpenMail B.05.10 December 00 Periodic Patch' can solved the problem. You can find the patch at ITRC website.

May I know your OS & the OS version ?

For HP-UX 10.X :

For HP-UX 11.0 :
