A6795A driver for Linux AS 4 on Itanium

I know there isn´t any driver for A6795A on Redhat AS 4 on Itanium yet.

Is HP going to develop one anytime soon?
Or does somebody know of an unsupported driver that will work on this platform?

Shalom,

I would expect HP would do this soon.

If the driver exists for earlier Linuxes, you may wish to see if the source code is available (probably not) and see about compiling it.

I'd hesitate using this server for production though under that scenario.

Is this a QLA or LSI rebrand? AFAIK, HP has been concentrating on certifying PCI-X cards for Itanium, not PCI. But I'd think that the native drivers in at least RHEL4U2 and the RHEL4U3B2 should cover things for you...

Ok,
According to HP, there will not be a Linux-driver for A6795A ever. You have to go with the Qlogic cards.
