ALLBASE/SQL: DBCore shared memory

Hi all,
The DB was working properly until the lights went off and we could not recover the DB. The only message that was given whenever we tried to connect to the DB was:
'DBCore shared memory acces error (DBERR 14034)'.

Well I couldn't find a DBERR 14034, but I did find a DBERR 14031 with the same message. Action simply stated:
Record as much info as possible and contact HP Service Rep or Response Center.

I did note that this is for MPE/ix...so you may want to post to that other section and you may get more response..I am not an MPE/ix person..
