Activating VGA-Port on MC/iLo-Card A9803A

Hi,
we have build for months ago a MC/iLo Card in our rx2620 running HP-UX 11.23.
We want now connect to the VGA-Port a Monitor, but the port seems not to be active or configurated. There is only a flickering underscore on the first line ...
In SAM > Display > Monitor configration, I see two "ATI Radeon 7000(0) Connector 1(2) 1024x768 @ 60 Hz 1024x768 60 Hz"

How can I activate this VGA Port to have a local MOnitor ?

Look at setmon command.
man setmon
There is no substitute to HARDWORK
