Easiest method to control olrad is from SAM or SMH - have a look.

But, wee need help on HPUX 11.23. Can we use olrad to remove NIC card from vpar means equal to vparmodify? Can you please clarify?

As said, use SMH (parmgr screen) or SAM for olrad - this will ensure to do the tests before switching anything off.
