Adding users to schedule jobs on win 2003 server

Hi all,

I have admin priviledges on win2003 server. As administrator I can schedule tasks. How add additional user who will be able to schedule tasks too?
If someone knows please write it down or just give me a link, pdf.

PS: I added user to admin group and got message " Access denied "

how is the server run, active directory?

It shows the privileges that can be assigned to a user or group in Windows 2000.
I haven't been able to find user privileges in Windows Server 2003.
