Agent installation error on RHEL AS4 server

I am trying to install the OVOW agent on one my RHEL AS4 Linux server. While extracting the zip file we faces the problem.

[root@mkdb2vlp1a girdhar]# ./opc_inst

Shalom Girdhar,

1) Insure that these rpm's are certified for your OS. It is behaving as if it is not.
2) See that installation pre-requisites are met.
3)See if the libraries its complaining about exist and make sure they on the PATH, perhaps the LD_LIBRARY_PATH
