Auditing using LAuS.....HOT!!

Okay, I was just handed this issue that needs to be resolved by the end of this week.

We are running RHEL WS3 Update5 and have PARTIALLY got LAuS working. The problem is it won't log anything with the GUI up and running, and we need that to be up. Can someone please help me out? I need this ASAP!!

I think that the problem with LAuS is the leak of documentation.

I used snare and this worked very whell.

This is the only helpful documentation I found:

Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?

Thanks for the reply. We are trying Snare also, but there is no gui for RHEL3 Update5, and therefore, no way to configure what is audited. :(
