Big Problem in OUTLOOK CALENDAR
I have problem in OUTLOOK CALENDAR, when I create a public calendar in publi
c folder. I have question how to create a group meeting that everyone, when
click on my calendar in public folders will be able to see all the meetings.
Because normally I can't see meetings for group meetings on the main screen
, I have to go to Actions -> view group schedules.. and then open group mee
ting. Is there any way to put those meetings in the public calendar that whe
n someone will click at the calendar will see it right away?????????

Re: Big Problem in OUTLOOK CALENDAR
I would set up the Calendar as a resource, then add your group in to the resource with whatever permission you want them to have.
Invite the resource to each meeting. Each member in your group will be able to access and view this calendar as a shared resource.
Each group member can configure the calendar to allways open up with their personal calendar, or launch it when needed.
How you do this will vary depending on which version of exchange and outlook you are running.

Okey but how to do that? I'm trying to do that but it's nothing.
