Re: Bogus alert receiving from EMS.

Hi,

This EMS alert you can neglet, after checking whether there was redundant power supply earlier.

few occasions the EMS alert will be of long back, means with the preivous date.

It checks for the secondary supply, make sure whether is connected/configured.

Thanks,
Analyst.

Re: Bogus alert receiving from EMS.

Wait until Sunday - pull out one power lead, if the box is still up, put it back in and pul out the other one. If the box is still up, replace the 2nd power lead and assume both supplies are ok.

Re: Bogus alert receiving from EMS.

Hi,

It seems to me your problem is QXCR1000592627. Fortunately this has
been fixed in PHSS_37742. Since you are still using HWE0712 which is
out of support as of today, I suggest you consider to upgrade to the
latest HWE.

NOTE: please refer to the latest support matrix described below:
http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stm_upd.htm

I hope this helps you,
