Brocade interconnect not assigning ip address

Hi
I have a C3000 with 2 VC's connected to interconnect bay 1 and 2. Then have brocade (AJ820C) connected to bay 3 and 4. Assigned static addresses in Eaipa, only VC gets assigned address, not the brocade's. Removed and reseated, same issue. Tried ssh onto OA and connect to interconnect bay 3 and 4, manage to login to brocade, but cannot run the ipaddrset command. Any ideas what could be wrong. This is happening on 2 new c3000 enclosures.

It's been some time since I have worked with a Brocade I/O module. If I recall the default setting for the Brocade modules is for static IP. For EBIPA, they need to be changed to use DHCP.
