Using HP-UX 10.20 CDE, I can work only with Failsafe Session, instead Regular Desktop. On /.dt/errorlog I find the following message:"
I/O error on display:: :0.0"
Is there any body can help me?

It appears that your CDE is not resolving your hostname for the local display.

Make sure you have an entry in your /etc/hosts for this machine.

check your /etc/dt/config/Xservers for an entry for your machine. There is probably an entry at the bottom that begins with *. If not you will need to create it. The * is converted to hostname.

After any changes, you will need to execute dtconfig -reset.
