Google suggests that "internal" is the only
part of that which makes any sense.

That appears to be a link to something,
possibly the latest kit. I normally fetch
the latest kit by its own name, so I can know
what I'm getting. What's the last
"AN-2.01_01aXX" file you got?

No, it's internal but USB!

BTW, ND-6650A is NEC, not sony.
