can any one tell me where can i download CIFS for linux, HP internal link or external link

Generally it comes with the distribution. It's called samba.
If your distro is RedHat then issue the command:
rpm -qa |grep samba
This will show you if the software is already installed.

The cifs you are used to from HP-UX is based on the samba built into Linux.
