CPU bottleneck

recently am getting a error message like "CPU bottleneck in the ADDM rerpot from the oracleDB' which we have installed in HPUX 11I RAC server.
is there any ways to check how much CPU is been utilize by the oracle. i tried with top command but it not very clear. and also is there any soln for that bottleneck. we have 32GB ram in our DB server.

If you have OVPA( open view Performance Agent) installed ,then you can check using stored db which process made cpu bottleneck and what has caused ??

You can check performance of the CPU with sar or glace.
