Call to mmap() failed while using SFTP

I'm getting the error..

$ sftp productionserver@10.21.164.36
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Call to mmap() failed - TEXT /usr/lib/libkrb5.sl
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Not enough space
Abort(coredump)
$

Pls help in resolving this issue.

Could be

1)maxdsiz maxssiz parameters exhausted by program size

2)Not enough swap/virtual memory

3)Memory leak

should i check for this problem in the Source server or in the target server ?
