Put the install media in the drive and power on the server. That's it.
On most systems EFI will detect the start script (startup.nsh) on the media and will execute it.
Otherwise you can stop at the boot menu and select the DVD boot entry.
It not present, go to EFI shell, change to the DVD file system (this has "USB" in the path on most systems) and execute the loader.
Example:
Shell> map -r
...
fs0 : Acpi(HWP0002,PNP0A03,0)/Pci(2|0)/Usb(0, 2)/CDROM(Entry0)
...
Shell> fs0:
