Cannot boot VM - stuck at EFI Shell

First VM on the server, course notes are useless at this point.

EFI Boot Manager ver 1.10 [14.62] [Build: Mon Oct 1 09:27:26 2007]

Please select a boot option

Boot option maintenance menu

CDRom is configured as device /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0 on OS, and assigned in "hpvmdevmgmt"

first question, what OS are you trying to install as the guest?
Secondly, do a verbose listing using hpvmstatus, and post
Third point, is there media in the DVD drive?

Thanks Melvyn, yes there was media, but it was an Application DVD, not an install DVD>
