CentOS logs needs to integrate with Arcsight SIEM

I am from India, i was working in an Environment having issue in integrating CentOS logs with HP Arcsight SIEM. We want to do the operation from direct from Server.

Do we have any option to send logs to Arcsight ESM 6.9 Connector (7.3 or 7.4 or 7.5) or through Syslog server. If we have option to send through syslog server why not directly.
