Re: Change control procedures

Close Pete

It was about setting a step by step change control system and had info on a point by point basis.

I remember putting my point of view and thought that it had some good points.

I am now reviewing my Change Control and thought I would refer to it.

Re: Change control procedures

Hi Paula,

Think TG found it...
We use Remedy here, both for Change Control & trouble tickets.
Works well, therefore mgmnt has decided to change to another product.
Figures huh?

Cheers,
Jeff

Re: Change control procedures

Hi Guys

The question was along the lines of what stages to go thought when implementing changes to server.

Things like testing, dependencies etc.

Re: Change control procedures

Paula,

I gave up on searching and tried the brute force of going through everything you've replied to. I got back to October of last year with no luck. Any other hints?
