Chassis code

hi

is there any way to decode chassis code for A class. i have the manuel only for L and N class but nothing for A class.

I received the following error from the GSP:
0x58E018301100E000 0000670315113017 type 11

0xF8E010301100E000 000000000000E000 type 31.

Any help?
thanks

Re: Chassis code

Go to PDC service menu and get 'pim' command output out there. Check timestamps. If they're valid - attach it. One more source of the same information: /var/adm/tombstones file called ts99

Re: Chassis code

Hi,

Hp has the software to decode the error messages, usinh which they can make out which device is faulty,it's no where available. It's better to log call with HP

Re: Chassis code

CPU 0 should be checked. Cleaned. If will not help - replaced first. Call HP support - you will not be able to do it
