Compaq Presario v3250AU gets heat up easily, any solution?

it gets heat up easily, after using it for about half hour, my left palm feel like burnt.

i bought this laptop about one and a half year ago, i got this heating problem in the few months time.

now, i gotta switch on a table fan and face it to my laptop to cool it down. it's somehow troublesome.

when i don't put a fan beside it, it'll shutdown itself when it heats up.

any solution to overcome this? a software to install or something else?
