I do not know the answer to that, but

$ Help bier ( and also $ Help beer )

on my VMS systems displays a screen-filling picture of a Bavarian "Eine Mas" mug with lots of bubbling (actually degree-signs switching off, and on one position higher) with a big layer of foam bubbles on top.

About 30 years old, works on any VT terminal I ever saw, and on graphical screens.

And now it is more appropriate than ever to say:
