Last Friday I was attending HP pss seminar .They gave us one brochure regarding IT resource centre.

Hi folks,

I wonder if the folks I knew are still around. Ever since I changed my job in 2007, my account ID which was linked to the HP support ID could no longer be retrieved.. I am actually wondering if it is possible to either bind my previous posts to this account (which I had to create from scratch), or allow me access to my old account with some form of verification process.
