Crash Recovery
Could someone please point me to documentation for restore/recovery in the event of hardware crash. Not emergency yet, but there is no recovery plan in house at this time. Pretty scary.

Try Ignite/UX, which normally is available
via www.software.hp.com, but seems to be
unreachable today.
Ignite/UX lets you create a so called recovery tape, which is bootable and
can be used to (even unattended) recover
your system.

I would advise to look to LVM (disk crash).
Make sure to have every part of your system in duplicate.
For very high availability systems I would recommend working with clusters and using MC/ServiceGuard. (See HP Education)
