Creating Iscsi Target
Pls help us on following issue
can i possible to configure iscsi target using without any shared storage or NAS.

Of cause you can.
There are so many softwares to enable the DAS system as a iscsi target. But most of them are not free. If you want cluster support, multipath redundancy link, you should pay for the licenses.
