DL 380 G3, NMI problem

Hi,We have a huge problem with NMI's. The NMI occures, when we load a kernel module to support a PRI-Card (Digium, TE410):Uhhuh. NMI received ... hardware problem with your RAM chips. The kernel continous to load, but while loading casm, the following error occures:casm: A SERR/PERR# may have occured prior to this driver loading and the system hangs. The Specs:HP DL 380 G3, Dual Xeon 3.2Ghz, 1024MB RAM, RedHat Professional 7.3What I have done so far:- tried kernel versions 2.4.18-3, 2.4.20-28.7, 2.4.25, 2.4.26- enable/disable SMP support in the kernel- removed the seconds CPU- tried all MPS Options (APIC, Table Support)- Tested the memory for about 6 hours with memtest86- done all ROM/Flash upgrades- installed the latest HP Software (not bundle, single)The programmer of the kernel module says, that it is a kernel problem, not a problem regarding his kernel module - but the NMI only occures after/while loading this kernel module. Please note, that we can reproduce this behaviour on two machines, both bought this month.Any hints where to find the bug?Regards,Cyrill
