I have a DL180 G6 server, this server has embedded NC362i, I'm trying to pxe boot to a RHEL 5.3, even though it seems that RHEL5 doesn't have this driver and I need to load it. While trying to pxe boot it gives the option to load the driver, but the one I have is an rpm. I need a Driver update diskette for the network interface card or and alternative option to do it.
Driver:

Shalom,
I don't think you can PXE boot in this circumstance.
You need to have a boot cd or build a usb boot device that includes the driver.
This server does support boot of RHEL 5.3. The necessary drivers should be present in a boot cd/dvd.
