DL320 Fans won't shut down when OS loads

New HP DL320 G2 3GHz, RHEL-ES 4 (not officially supported...I know)
OS load goes on system fine but high volume-high noise system fans won't shut off.

Hi Guy,

To have fans shut off automatically you must have HP Insights agent (hpasm) installed and started.
