Define or delete a form for printer or terminal queues

Hi everybody,

Is there any way in HP-UX to define a print form by assigning a numeric value and attributes to the form? How to delete that form?
Actually I came across a VMS command:

Def/Form TESTFORM 460/Length=66/Width=132/Setup=(TESTRESET) -
/Stock=DEFAULT/Wrap/Margin=(Bottom=0)

Delete/Form TESTFORM

Please help me in getting HP-UX equivalent for this.
